Data Collection
We collect personal data in the following ways: via online subscription forms for activities, via subscription forms to be engaged with the organisation, via emails. We will at any time only ask the information from you that is necessary. In some situations it can be prefered that we collect more information (e.g. dietary preference, car license, bike available), in that case we will always explain why we ask this information and it won’t be obligatory for you to fill it in.
Communication
When you send us an email, we keep this e-mail to ensure the best possible correspondence. The data is stored on the server of Wageningen University. We will not communicate this information to third parties without your permission.
Amendments
You can unsubscribe from a mailing list or have your data deleted or updated from our files at any time. Send an e-mail with your request to st.boerengroep@wur.nl attn. privacy.
For any personal data that you like to change in our database, email st.boerengroep@wur.nl attn. privacy as well.
Pictures
Pictures that are taken during events or activities of Boerengroep can be published on facebook or the website of Boerengroep. If you do not want pictures of yourself to be published or only under certain circumstances, make it known to the organisation.
If we want to use pictures of you for other purposes, we will first ask your permission. You will not be consulted when you are in the background of a picture.
